What can I expect when starting personal traning?
First we’ll discuss your goals, experience, and current fitness level. Then i’ll design a training plan that fits your needs and schedule, ensuring maximum results without unnecessary compromises. The personal training sessions are 1:1, with ongoing nutritional coaching and close follow-up to track your progress.
What is the location for the personal training sessions?
The training sessions take place at Sporting Health Club in Østerbro, near Nordhavn Station.
How often should I strength train to see results?
Great progress can be achieved with 1-3 weekly sessions, and this is where most of my clients are. I ensure every session pushes you (don’t worry—we’ll start gently!), helping you become stronger from day one.
How do you do the nutritional guidance?
Nutrition is central to my programs. We’ll focus on small, realistic dietary changes that support your goals and fit your lifestyle. Together, we’ll develop sustainable habits that improve your health and results. Habits you can keep on using also when you are on your own.
What if I’ve tried to get in shape before without success?
